While installing HTML5.Assist
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Regsurv32 failed with exit code Ox3

    Strange, we've never seen this one. I suggest trying running the install
    as administrator.

    When trying to install HTML5.Assist AS AN ADMINISTRATOR I get the same error (see attached) on Windows 8.1
