Seems like even with a F5, the iPad isn't getting the new html/css/etc. I have web page that saves state to a backend info when I user does something, for instance drag and drop. When I do that action on the iPad, then launch a desktop browser, it shows that change but when I press F5 on the iPad, it doesn't show those changes. If I launch the iPhone, it does show the changes. I even have Page Cache UNCHECKED. I emailed tech support but no response. I would love to work with EP to help fix issue because I LOVE this product.

We have never seen such caching issues.

If you go through the entire sequence outside of our product, say in Google
    Chrome, does it work there?

Yes, it does. Here is an example. I add a red background color. Refresh in Chrome, I see it. Refresh in the iPad, I don't see anything. Press F12, I see the css but not the change. I flush the cache from settings (mind you have the check unchecked to get all new files) and I still do not see the change. So then I get OUT of iPad AND launching app and rerun it all. It works...for a while.

Thanks. Can you send us a URL that we can test to see this problem in
action? Hopefully that will help with tracking this down.

Sorry it is internal. But I did manage to get to the settings in dev tools and turn off caching..
