Error opening Mobile Simulator

I recently reformatted my PC and had to reload Mobile Simulator. Since then, when I try to open it I get the following error:

Product activation for Electric Mobile Simulator failed - unrecognized error code -1

    I should also mention there is no Antivirus software or firewall software installed.

    Try downloading the latest version.
