Corp. user - cannot activate product - Electric Mobile Studio 2012

This issue seem to be a theme on the online fourm. The issues reported as "error code -1" when you attempting to activate your product. I am a developer working in a corp. setting where firewall, virus scans and proxy are a MUST and may NOT BE DISABLED. How may I activate your product.

I noticed a simmilar post to this on your support fourm but the answer seems to be provided directly to the "poster" via direct email.

    From the activation screen, enter your s/n and then click "Manual
    Activation Wizard" you'll be good to go.

    If you have an older version of the product, you may need to download the
    latest to see this feature (it was added a few months ago)

    dowmloading the latest setup from your website provided me with the "manual" option. The download linked from the VS2012 gallery did expose this option.

    Issue resolved - Thank you for the prompt reply.

    One more question.
    As most developers I have a desktop at the office and a mobile development environment in a form of a laptop.
    On both system I use my MSDN VS2012 and I would like to have similar testing application on both.
    How do I go on enabling my desktop version of Electric Mobile Studio? The manual process I noted earlier I used successfully on my laptop. Should I follow the same steps with the same serial number on my desktop?

    I must be missing something here:

    Below is the activation screen I am presented with I try to launch the product (which I downloaded yesterday from your site).

    I see no “manual activation” anywhere.

    I am also noticing the “info” text is getting truncated.
