Unable to see the iPad device borders in Portrait view

Hi. We have installed the licensed version of electirc plum for our project. We are unable to see the footer rinformation when we simulate iPad in Portrait mode. Please let us know if the device can be resized. Attached screenshot for reference.

    Hi,

    You must be running in a resolution that is tall enough for the entire screen to be visible in order for that to work properly.
