iPad Virtual Keyboard
Using VS2012 I created a new MVC4 Mobile Web site. Running the default project using the iPad Simulator for testing and I don't see the virtual keyboard displayed when I place the cursor in a textbox field. I assumed that when I entered a text field I would see the keyboard. Is that not correct?
Also, using JQuery Mobile I have read that it would display a different and optimized virtual keyboard for the various types that are supported. Does this iPad/iPhone simulator have that ability?
FYI, I'm doing my first mobile application so I have a learning curve.

Yes, it currently does not auto-display the KB when in an Input-text field.
