Unfortunately this is an issue with an underlying library we use. We are
waiting on a resolution.

Is this product being actively developed? This issue was first reported in September of last year (http://support.electricplum.com/discussions/problems/47-crash-when-...).
This inability to use HTML5 inputs is compromising our ability to test. At this point, we're having better luck with testing in Google Chrome and setting the User Agent to iPhone. I'm starting to regret my purchase of two Electric Plum licenses.

Yes we are actively developing the product. This issue happens to be deep
in the fork of Chromium that we build off of and has been non trivial to
fix. We are continuing to improve the product and when we get this
resolved we will release an update.
Thanks for your patience and your purchase. We are a small company doing
our best.
Shaun

Just bumping/adding weight to this issue. I'm experiencing the same crash when clicking on the date picker dropdown.

Same question. Now 2 years later. Electric Plum crashes for the HTML5 date picker.
Any fix yet?
