Touch/Multi Touch not working ?
Can't seem to get the touch and multi touch to work properly. I get the Extra dot when pressing alt and locking with shift, but nothing happens for me. Tested on a page such as yahoo.com or many other mobile friendly sites.

I get the same problem. Multi-touch just doesn't work.

Thanks we'll look into it for the next version. It looks like there is an issue with the polyfill we are using to emulate this.

Does this work in the professional version?? When I used WebMatrix and tried it, it said I needed the professional version....

It looks like a re-boot is required after installation, the swipe is now working for me this morning and it was not working yesterday after I installed it...

Is there a release date for the next version as the product is pretty
unusable for doing the testing that we require. There hasn't been an
update since the end of 2012.
We need multi-touch support and we also need the ability for the keyboard
to pop-up when clicking on an edit field (standard iPad functionality).

Unfortunately, this version is even worse. The "Touch and Multi-touch" settings have been completely removed from the Global Settings page and there is no sign of multi-touch working at all. Even the "finger" circle has gone, which I had turned on with the previous version.
There is still no way to get the virtual keyboard to appear when clicking on a text edit field. It only appears for the URL bar.

Yes, as mentioned in the release notes (avail on "License" page) , touch
should just be "always on" now, and the circle was removed for the beta you
are looking at. Are you not seeing touchstart touchend touchmove events?
BTW, the virtual keyboard has always only worked from the address bar
(more for demo effect than anything).
Can you send me a snippet of JavaScript I can test on my end to see if we
can get you the multi-touch support you are looking for?
