iPad and iPhone emulators will not launch
The trial version worked great! Now its Monday, the trial expired and I was happy to page for the license! The license is installed, the Electric Mobile Studio 2012 launches, but when I click on the iPhone, iPad, or Responsive "Launch New Instance" buttons, nothing happens. Is there a log I could possibly find the error in? Something else to try?

We have seen that issue with Windows update. Install any pending Windows updates and reboot, and you should be good.

Thank you for the reply. The machine was up to date for patches. I rebooted the box and try again. No difference. I uninstalled the app, but it appears that there are some breadcrumbs left in the registry because the software remembered my license number when I re-installed the app. And logs that you would recommend I look at? some other hints?

We haven’t seen this issue after a Windows update and reboot cycle. The only other thing I can think is that there is some sort of anti-virus conflict. What version of Windows are you on? Do you use any 3rd party desktop shell enhancements?

I've seen this same problem twice since I purchased and would love to know if there's a log anywhere that shows what the problem is-- I'd like to avoid rebooting my box if at all possible. Thanks!
