When I attempt to deactivate EMS, i get the message "Deactivate license failed, error code 25010." I use three virtual machines and have bounced my two licenses around a couple of time between these machines. I have successful deactivated before. Thank you.

Hi, somehow I missed this one. Are you still unable to deactivate? Can you pass along your order number so we can research on our end?
