Header image not present on Mobile Studio when launched from VS2012
In testing a site on the Mobile Studio iPhone view from within VS2012, a header image is missing. If I test the live site on EMS it's there. (If I view in iPad mode in VS it's there). Something odd happening but I can't see what. Two screen shots attached.

I would try opening up the developer tools and see if that can help F12 on the simulator.
If you run the simulator standalone and point it at the VS-site does it show?

Yes it does display if I use the simulator standalone with the local site. I'll check with the dev tools tomorrow.

It's working correctly today so no idea why it wasn't yesterday although you can see what was happening from the screen shots.

Okay, if it happens again, you can also try the "Clear Cache on Next Restart" option under "Global Settings", or restart the iisexpress server that VS2012 uses by default when debugging locally.
Thanks for letting us know.
