Trial version and server communication

I didn't get access to w04.winhost.com while starting my trial version.

Please send a trial license key (serial number in format ES-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) to my email-address [email blocked] to temporarily solve this problem.

    Sorry we don’t have the concept of a trial key, the s/n you mention below is what you get after purchasing.

     

    If you previously didn’t have access to that site, then it would not have activated your trial. If you have access now, you can simply launch the product and it will start the trial.
