I just changed computers and my activation key seems no longer valid or in the convention that you denote: ES-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

My key is a mixed XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX convention.

Can you help me pass my license to my new hard drive?

P.S. i also can't remember my password but your password reminder isn't getting to me at my work email: [email blocked]

   Hi - just checking in. Trying to activate the simulator on my computer after a new hard drive was put in - can you help?

   Please see the error I'm getting.

   Hi, can you send me your order info? We can get you squared away. All we need is the order number.

    

   Also, all serial numbers are always in the ES-XXX.. format, so whatever key you are trying is not from us.
