Electric Mobile Studio not opening any of the simulators

Hi,

My Electric Mobile Studio 2012 not opening any of the simulators all of sudden. This is licencend version. Please help us ASAP.

   We have seen this when there are pending Windows updates.

    

   1. Install any and all Windows updates

   2. Reboot

   Hi,

   I also have the same issue. There are no windows updates available and PC is already restarted several times. I also tested the current beta 1.1.3, but it doesn't make any difference.

   My system is Win 8.1 64-bit, with all available updates installed.

   Very strange. Maybe try running as administrator?

   Did it use to work, and the suddenly stopped?

   thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried it as administrator, but it doesn't make any difference and yes, it suddenly stopped. Very strange, indeed.

   Any other tipps?
