Can't launch emulator

Hi.

I am trying to launch IPad or IPhone emulator, click on launch button but nothing happened.

Location : C:\Program Files (x86)\ElectricPlum\ElectricMobileStudio2012\ElectricMobileStudio2012.exe
Size: 3.10 MB (3,253,760 bytes)
Size on disk: 3.10 MB (3,256,320 bytes)

    We have seen this in the past when there were pending Windows updates. Try
    installing all pending Windows updates and re-booting.
