Visual Studio 2013 integration

I'm not getting "Browse with..." integration in Visual Studio 2013. It works fine in 2012, but does show up on 2013. That is, the "iPad Simulator" and "iPhone Simulator" menu items show up in 2012 but not 2013.

What do I need to do?

Never mind. I downloaded the current beta, which solves the problem.

    Thanks.

The latest beta adds 2013 support:

How long before this comes out of Beta? Best guess?

    Try.

    1. Uninstall the simulator
    2. Remove the C:\Users\[YOUR_USER_NAME]\AppData\Local\com.electricplum.ems
    directory
    3. Reinstall
    4. Launch, and you should get prompted.

OK that worked. However when you say 'Launch' you should say from the menu not Visual Studio. In case anyone else reads this post.

I'm having trouble getting emulator integration with Visual Studio 2013. I downloaded the trial, installed it, but I don't see the emulators in Visual Studio. I followed the instructions in this post, uninstalled, then installed the beta at the link identified here, but still nothing in Visual Studio, and I don't get prompted when I open Electric Mobile outside of VS.

    Hi,

Did you delete the directory mentioned after uninstalling?

I will post how to add it manually in VS. It is pretty simple.

Add them via the “Browse With” menu in VS 2013. Point at the exe in c:\Program Files (x86)\Electric Plum\Electric Mobile Studio 2012\ElectricMobileStudio2012.exe

For iPhone the command line argument is 1, for iPad it is 2.

When trying to integrate CodedUI Test with Electric Mobile Studio on IPad app, the code generation took forever and never complete. Has anyone encountered this issue?
