Update 2014.1.1 not working

I just received an email about the update. i download the file but is not doing nothing.

    Hi did you unzip and run the setup.exe?

    Yes I did. Not installing at all. Windows 8

    I had the same problem but fixed it by running the setup.exe as administrator.
