Hi,

Trying to evaluate mobile studio on Windows 8, VS2013.

Getting attached exception when hitting debug from VS2013 for either the IPAD\IPhone installers.

Have tried install, uninstall, making sure run as administrator is run. error persists.

The directory suggested by the screenshot does seem to be missing.

Thanks

Richard

    Hi,

I am researching this and will try and have a definitive answer and/or fix
    as soon as possible.

I have these suggestions in the interim:

If you manually create that directory can you get around it?
    or
In settings, try changing the directory to one you have in a location on
the file system where your have read/write/create rights.

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Shaun

    Hi Shaun,

I am currently in a location without Internet so can't get to that point as I am using the evaluation version which requires a server connection (I am typing this from my mobile which has 3G coverage phone rather than my laptop).

I probably won't be back to an area with broadband coverage till Friday.

    Thanks

    Richard
