Hi There, I bought EMS for a customer demo, I urgently need to install version 1.1.0 on my new laptop, v.1.1.4 seems to have issues during our demo flow on one of the websites when initiating their chat functionality. I have checked on a collegues machine and they dont have this issue.
I cant find any way to download older versions. Can you help?

Hi Shaun, basically I’m using it to test software by a company called egain and integrating it into a Sitecore based website. They have interactive web chat and we click a link that opens a chat session in ems. Looking at the console im guessing its shoddy javascript includes on their side. As they have an appendchild call, I believe they manipulate the dom on the fly for some reason to add a form.
Using v1.1.0 of electric mobile studio it works fine, but in 1.1.4 it gives a cannot append to null error. I guess because the dom hasn’t loaded when the js is called for some reason most of the js is included in the head.
EMS then crashes I guess again because they aren’t handling the null exception and its looping infinitely.
If I load the chat in chrome, ie, etc it works though which is strange, so im not sure what could be happening between v1.1.0 that I have on my old laptop and v1.1.4 that I have on my new one.

    Best Regards,
