When attempting to use the iPhone simulator as an extension in WebMatrix 2.0, the following error message appears:
This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found.
Please download the latest version of the runtime from
http:/www.adobe.com/go/getair
or contact the application author for an updated version.

System Sony Vaio, Windows 7 64bit, WebMatrix 2.0 release version.

Steps taken.
Get AIR from Adobe.com
Restart WebMatrix
Restart PC
Uninstall iPhone emulator
Reinstall iPhone emulator
Restart WebMatrix

Still same error mesage. Same for iPad emulator too.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Simon
