iOS 7 simulation

Is it possible to get full ios 7 simulation for iphone?
Even if select UserAgent as Iphone iOS 7.x it still show me iOS5 interface and ugly dropdownlist not like in real Iphone.
If not, than what the difference between your app and changing browser (Chrome) size ?
