Clearing checkbox the Page Cache under settings does not seem to work, it is still fetching old javascript and css files

You should be able to check the box to clear the cache on the next restart
and then re-start. Is that not working for you?

my REALLY big want for this suite is a "dump all the damn cache" button somewhere....

For my desktop stuff, I live in Firefox with WebDevTools forcing the cache off, and really wish there was an easier way of dumping css etc from the simulators....

    please please please....

Click the "Clear Cache" button on the General Settings page.
