It would be nice to have an option that hides mouse pointer, when show fingertip indicators is enabled.

PS: you should automatically disable/enable show fingertip indicator option when emulate touch events is checked/unchecked.

For anyone wanting this feature now. Launch the developer console add the following style to the body tag. "cursor: none;" .

Trying out your product. It looks like the "cursor: none" style is there by default? The cursor disappears every time I hover to an A-tag. This makes it imposible to navigate my page.
When I remove the style "cursor: none" !important from "_phantom-limb_default-style" the cursor is visible and things are working. But I have to do this in developer tools every time I start a simulation. Any tips?
