Product Activation FAQ
Electric Mobile Studio, and its younger brother Electric Mobile Simulator use product activation technology from Digital River.
Q. I am getting "Error Code -1" when trying to activate, how can I fix this.
A. In many cases, this is related to a FireWall, Proxy Server, or Anti-Virus conflict. Please temporarily disable any of these that apply, and attempt activation again.
Q. How many activations come with my purchase?
A. We grant 2 activations to handle the common scenario of desktop/laptop or home/work computers.
Q. Can I move my license from one computer to another?
A. Yes, use the "Deactivate License" function in the product and then install, and activate on the second computer.
